Life in Front School Mary 　　Every summer in the past years, I always stayed at home, watching TV. Listening to tapes, reading some novels and sometimes just sleeping. I had nothing spiral to do. I felt summer vacation was a waste of time. Not only because I couldn't obtain much more knowledge, but also because I didn't go over my studies. 　　But this summer holiday. I made a choice to come to the front school in Beijing. I want waste my time any longer. There is a proverb in china "time can never be bought by money". I think it's the troth. 　　Although I couldn't watch TV at night and should study hand, I think life in front school is colorful and interesting. At least, I felt very substantial. 　　Every morning. I get up about 5:30. After brushing my teeth and washing my faces, I sit on my bed and receive the Chinese international broadcast. The English programmer is good. It induces news. Topic discussion conversation dialogue and so on, it's very useful to improve my hastening comprehension. One and half hours later, I do the morning reading by myself. At 9:30, the class begins. The foreign teacher named Simon who comes from England teaches us in the morning. He is a very humongous man. He always gives us some situation and asks us to make noel plays in pairs or in groups. Sometimes, the role-plays were very funny and made a lot of mistakes, Simon might frown his brow and say "rubbish". It's just a joke, I think! Then the atmosphere becomes happy and relaxed. In such circumstances, what he has said can impress us. Then in the afternoon from 2:00-5:00, another foreign teacher. Johnny who is from New York, teaches us. Johnny always asks us a lot of questions and shows his own opinions about what we have said firstly. Then he will give us some topics to make group discussion. Sometimes, he divides us into two groups and lets us make a debate. It's difficult, but it can precise our ways of thinking in English. Johnny said it's the most important thing. Whatever we have said, he always gives us a clap. With his encouragement, I rebuild up my confidence. I think he is a very intelligent and thoughtful teacher. Different teachers have different teaching methods; I feel that I absorb much from them. Though I myself should still study English hard, I won't be a machine and always just recite the vocabulary and remember some sentence structures. 　　At my leisure. I always go out for a walk at night. I'm not a local person in Beijing. Also I'm a student in college, I'm really interested in some famous universities. I'm eager to see Qinghua university and Beijing university. I always dreamed, one day, I can wander in the campus and ever study there. Fortunately, there're so many universities nearby front school, in duding Qinghua and Beijing. So I can go there to just walk on the street or speak to foreign people. On the weekend, forgetter with my roommates and classmates, I go to scenic spots, such as the Great Wall, former imperial palace. Summer palace and so on, I really want to realize the magnificent history and establish the sense of pride as pride as a Chinese and a college student of the new century. 　　All in all, I'm satisfied with my life in front school, though the living condition isn't very good. I can bear it completely. Because so many interesting things happen everyday I feel life is colorful and rich. That's enough, I think. 　　I believe, if we try our best today, tomorrow we will be better.
